Your #1 goal of the role is to translate the People strategy into high-quality People programs that ensure our employees have an awesome employee lifecycle experience which leads to high employee engagement. You function as a trainer for employees and as a business partner for leaders. Increasing employee satisfaction and creating high-performing teams are on top of your list. You are part of the People team and report to the Head of People.

How you’ll have an impact:

As a People Business Partner you will significantly impact the setup of our business development talent management strategy. You’ll be creating and implementing innovative ideas to further develop topics such as on-boarding, career development, and feedback cycles. This involves collaborating with our different department leads and our People team.

How will you be successful?

  • Create & run state-of-the-art People programs to help employees and leaders work and win together to contribute optimally to the company’s success.
  • Advice the management team on relevant People topics so they can make the right people-related decisions for company growth.
  • Coach employees and their leaders to establish professional and personal growth and consequently strengthen the organization to reach our company goals.
  • Carry out the Bitvavo culture by reflecting our values in the programs, training, and advice with unity as a result.
  • Partner with the People team, to contribute together towards the People strategy & ensure best-in-class employee lifecycle experience. 

What you'll bring: 

Our ideal candidate is a peoples person with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where processes are not yet established. You like to create them yourself. In addition, you have:

  • Experience in translating strategy into high-quality People programs (Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement… and many more)
  • Highly developed coaching skills.
  • You are a star in stakeholder management and act as a culture ambassador.
  • Have a data driven mindset and you easily switch that into a practical approach
  • Are fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus (Dutch ++)
