Als Project Manager FEC Retail NL Customer Journey & Change bij Rabobank beheer je strategische veranderinitiatieven binnen de FEC-pijlers CDD, TM en Sanctions. Je coördineert en harmoniseert processen om de klantreis in lijn te brengen met Retail NL, en werkt samen met stakeholders om projectdoelen te realiseren.

As a Project Manager within the FEC Retail NL Customer Journey & Change team you will manage strategic change initiatives across the FEC pillars CDD, TM and Sanctions to improve the overall FEC customer journey. You are instrumental in aligning the FEC processes to the Retail NL customer journeys.

You and your job

Within Financial Economic Crime (FEC), FEC Retail NL and the MC FEC Retail NL was set up to enable better alignment with the Retail NL business, by coordinating across the pillars CDD, TM and Sanctions. Its goal is to orchestrate, harmonize and prioritize Retail NL business and FEC requirements (FEC to Business/Business to FEC).

Within FEC Retail NL the team Customer Journey & Change has been newly set up, that will be instrumental in driving the FEC Customer Journey & change agenda by coordinating customer journey related change initiatives across the FEC Pillars (CDD, TM and Sanctions), as well as managing the FEC Retail NL change agenda, by aligning cross-pillar change initiatives.

With your project and change management skills and organizational talents you contribute to multiple projects to implement changes aiming to improve the FEC customer journey and align the FEC processes with the Retail NL business customer journey. Most importantly you bring people together to drive progress and realize the project objectives. You facilitate workshops, initiate projects, and contribute to overall success and professionalization of the programme through excellent program communication, planning, budgeting and reporting. You are a reliable support for the program manager and stakeholders within the FEC pillars.

Types of projects may differ, we are looking for project managers able to handle a broad range of projects across the FEC pillars, with FEC Tech and/or related to data/BI.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage multiple FEC customer journey projects/initiatives simultaneously
  • Drive project and change initiatives for the FEC Retail NL change calendar, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, communication and reporting
  • Coordinate across FEC pillars and with FEC TECH to optimize FEC processes and align with Retail NL Customer Journey
  • Initiate and coordinate (cross pillar) Customer Journey change management initiatives in FEC and coordinate FEC implementation and change efforts across the business when required
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pro-actively collaborate closely with your FEC and business peers to align business and FEC requirements, and with your peer project managers to support the program manager in steering the program

You and your talent

Customer focus, analytical skills and being able to manage resistance are obviously vital for a project manager. Additionally you recognize yourself in the following:

  • A completed WO degree in a relevant field;
  • Significant project management experience;
  • Demonstrable relevant working experience (3+ years) within financial services, preferably a regulatory driven environment and customer journey related experience;
  • Proven track record of managing change in complex organizational environment, preferably related to customer journey or process improvement;
  • Experience and understanding of change management in complex organizations
  • Ability to facilitate workshops;
  • Experience with complex (senior) stakeholder management and high organizational sensitivity and integrity;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the bank;
  • Ability to report effectively to senior management;
  • Take ownership for achieving results. You bring structure, and have great execution power, are flexible to switch quickly when necessary and you keep the oversight of short and long-term projects;
  • A can- do attitude, eager, energetic, a fast learner and have ambitions to grow and develop yourselves further;
  • You have a positive presence, with a touch of humour and a passion to drive change & execution;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written;
  • General understanding of the entire customer life cycle of a client within a financial institution would be a plus

What we offer you

  • A salary between €3869 and €5525 depending on knowledge and experience
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
  • An extra benefit budget of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • A combination of working from home and at the office.
