In this role of brand content marketer you ensure that our content becomes even better so that our target group becomes more involved with NN. Together with the brand marketing team and colleagues in our businesses, you develop and create brand content and brand activations. Content and (hero) activation campaigns that inform, inspire, and activate our target groups. With your excellent sense of powerful communication, you ensure that we respond well to the needs of our target groups with our content. This role has a primary focus on our Nationale-Nederlanden brand in our Dutch market, but we expect you to interact with brand content experts within our other brands (a.o. OHRA, Movir, Be Frank). You will also be the single point of contact for our 10 insurance international markets when it comes to brand content marketing activities, learnings and sharing best practices for the area that is your primary responsibility: improve financial wellbeing including its societal component.
You will be part of the sub team Brand Engagement. This is one of the teams of the Brand Marketing Unit of NN Group. This team consists of brand content marketing, social media and event marketing at group level. The team has 3 FTE on brand content marketing each focusing on our of our brand themes:
In this role you will be designated to the brand content marketing focussed on the financial wellbeing with a link to societal matters such as sustainability, community investment and longevity. Also, you are able to act as a sparring partner and backup for one of your colleagues in the other two areas.

You are a seasoned brand content marketing champion. You know how to develop and execute (digital) content from a brand perspective that resonates with our target audience, shakes up the markets, generates income and is award winning, all at the same time. You are experienced in working together with product marketers and brand marketers in international markets. You know how to bring your ideas to the table, but are also open to using good ideas developed by your colleagues in local markets. At NN Group we like to work together, share ideas and speed things up. That is what supporter of change means. Also, having relevant experience with an intermediary environment and/or in the (financial) services industry is a benefit.

You will be part of NN Group's Brand Marketing unit that consists of sub teams focused on data, research and planning, on brand & marketing communications and on brand engagement. The newly formed Brand Marketing unit of NN Group is (co) responsible for the development and maintenance of uniform and strong brand marketing activities ensuring that our brand has a distinct positioning across all markets. You will proactively advise all 11 (inter)national business units of NN Group and provide recommendations to guide and support strategical, tactical, and operational brand, marketing, and communications decisions.
You will report to the team manager Brand Engagement and advise him/her and our (inter)national in your area of expertise so that they can make informed decisions and guide the organization towards a next level of brand marketing.
